- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, available in select cities.
3. Delivery Time
Our delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (available in major cities)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or high demand.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the total weight of your order.
Express Shipping:
- Free Shipping across the country to our valued customers.
5. Order Processing
- All orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your package online and stay updated on its delivery status.
7. Delivery Conditions
- We make every effort to deliver your order to your doorstep. However, in some remote areas, delivery may be limited to the nearest accessible location due to courier restrictions.
- Our delivery personnel will attempt up to three delivery attempts. If you’re unavailable during three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details or other issues, our customer support team will contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
